Refund policy
You can return or exchange eligible Cotze Lifestyle items. Corporate wear items are made for your brand and are final sale. Please read each section before you request a return or exchange.
Corporate wear items
Corporate wear items are produced for your business. This includes pieces ordered in your size, colour, and quantity, and any item with your logo or print.
These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Please check the size, colour, quantity, and logo or print before you place the order. After the order is confirmed, these items cannot be sent back.
Other items
Items from all other collections can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
We do not refund the payment to your bank or card. If the return is approved, the item is exchanged for another eligible product. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
Items we can accept
A return or exchange is accepted only when the item is:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and unwashed
- In the same condition you received it
- With the original tags and packaging, where they were included
- Free from stains, odours, or signs of wear
You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Items we cannot accept
- Corporate wear items
- Any other customised item, including a logo or print added for you
- Used or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery because of how they were handled
- Items that have been altered or resized
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please send:
- An unboxing video
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the packaging
- A short note describing the issue
Claims sent after 24 hours may not be accepted. We will review the video and photos and tell you how we can correct the order.

Tell us your order number, the item, and whether you want a return or an exchange. We will review the request and send instructions for sending the item. Items posted without this approval will not be accepted.
